Man Hunt Movie Review 1974

Often, managers feels that they know the person they want for a job just by seeing them. The purpose of this program is to make managers realize this is not so. It shows where and how the principal faults occur: failure to prepare for the interview, failure to draw the candidate out and get him to talk freely, and failure to come out with direct, probing questions.
