Lethal Force Movie Review 2000

Houston cop Carruth (Tyson) turns vigilante on criminals with the backing of a judge (Vaughn) and some powerful businessmen. Unfortunately, there are innocent victims, including the family of former D.A. Thornton (Owsley), who is persuaded by noisy lawyer Rene (Stafford) to investigate and bring the rogue cop to justice.
