Timerider Movie Review

Your basic dirtbike/sf/western finds an intellectually challenged motorcycle rider stuck in 1877 (he never quite figures out why he gets blank stares when he asks to use the phone). As always, Fred Ward is excellent. He gets fine support from Belinda Bauer and bad guy Peter Coyote. Co-written and co-produced by Michael Nesmith, best known for his days with the rock group “The Monkees.” A wry sense of humor has earned this one a solid cult status. AKA: The Adventure of Lyle Swan.
