Timemaster Movie Review

Orphaned 12-year-old Jesse (Jesse Cameron-Glickenhaus, the director's son, to nobody's surprise) knows his parents are alive in another time. They're all fighting battles throughout history for the amusement of advanced aliens on a distant world, and kindly extraterrestrial Isaiah (Pat Morita) sends the boy on a rescue mission bouncing around time and space. Scrap-heap of genre cliches, pasted together and semi-coherent. Shocking thing is it doesn't look cheap at all; someone armed with a real script could have made a decent flick with this budget. Your chance to see Michael Dorn out from under his Star Trek Klingon forehead as the main villain. WOOF!

1995 (PG-13) 100m/C Jesse Cameron-Glickenhaus, Noriyuki “Pat” Morita, Joanna Pacula, Michael Dorn, Duncan Regehr, Michelle Williams; D: James Glickenhaus; W: James Glickenhaus. VHS, LV MCA
