Scanners 3: The Takeover Movie Review

Third Scanners entry was done by the same team as the second, yet is camped-up schlock that matches neither predecessor in tone. A leather-clad Scanner sexpot plans world domination through a media alliance with evil businessmen. She's opposed by a good-guy Scanner who sets the intellectual level in an early sequence that combines scanning with kick-boxing (scan fu?). Much heads exploded, one pigeon exploded.
