R.O.T.O.R. Movie Review

R.O.T.O.R. (Robotic Officer of Tactical Operations Research) is a beefy, humanoid law enforcement ‘droid meant to stop criminals. Instead, R.O.T.O.R. tries to use deadly force on an unwary lady speeder and threatens to wreck the town when it refuses to shut down for reprogramming. Very cheap pilfering of The Terminator, shot in Dallas. Few f/x. Poetical quotes from John Milton, though. WOOF!
