Killers from Space Movie Review

Cheap flick in which big-eyed men from beyond Earth bring scientist Peter Graves back to life and force him to assist them with their evil plan for world domination. Some atmospheric photography makes this almost worthwhile as an entry in the newborn genre of early ‘50s sci-fi noir. But some incredibly shoddy special effects involving enlarged shots of bugs and lizards, along with a lethargic pace, put this one deep in the trash barrel. The same year W. Lee Wilder made this and The Snow Creature, brother Billy was making Sabrina.

1954 80m/B Peter Graves, Barbara Bestar, James Seay, Frank Gerstle, Steve Pendleton, John Merrick; D: W. Lee Wilder; C: William Clothier. VHS, Beta NOS, MRV, RHI
