Forbidden World Movie Review

Space scientists on a remote planet are stalked by their own creation, a hostile organism capable of changing its genetic structure as it grows and matures (though it merely looks like a giant rubber spider). Roger Corman-produced quickie followup to Galaxy of Terror is a graphically violent ripoff of Alien that almost received an X rating for gore. One plus: the cramped, effectively claustrophobic set design. Remade unmemorably in 1990 as Dead Space. AKA: Mutant.
