Amanda and the Alien Movie Review

The alien of the title looks like a horseshoe crab but can take over human bodies, killing the host in the process. Bummer. Amanda (Nicole Eggert) is a smart, hip San Francisco girl – tattoos, navel ring, attitude – who takes pity on the creature because…well, because the cops and the feds are after him, or her, or it…whatever. Off these clueless X-Filers go, with Stacy Keach in pursuit. Made for cable and based on a story by Robert Silverberg.

1995 (R) 94m/C Alex Meneses, Nicole Eggert, Michael Dorn, Stacy Keach, Michael C. Bendetti; D: Jon Kroll; W: Jon Kroll. VHS REP
