Kennedy in Texas Movie Review 1963

Original television footage and news reports are used to document the events surrounding the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963. Starting with JFK's enthusiastic reception in Dallas, the tape moves through the assassination in Dealey Plaza, the death announcement at Parkland Hospital, Lee Harvey Oswald's capture and subsequent murder by Jack Ruby, and the swearing-in of President Johnson aboard Air Force One.
