Miami Horror Movie Review 1987

A Florida scientist is experimenting with bacteria from space, trying to recreate a human only to have his efforts stolen by a crook. His intentions for the use of the experiment are not exactly for the furtherance of science. De martino used the pseudonym Martin Herbert.
