Semi-parody of the vintage '60s TV cop show. Sgt. Joe Friday's straitlaced nephew (Aykroyd) and his sloppy partner Pep (Hanks) take on a crooked reverend (Plummer) and a pagan organization called, well, P.A.G.A.N. Neither Aykroyd nor Hanks can save this big-budget but lackluster spoof that's full of holes, although they both have their moments.
