Director Ray wrote the scripts for two stories based on the writings of Nobel Prize winner Rabindranath Tagore. "The Postmaster" covers the relationship between an ambitious young man who befriends his servant without realizing the consequences of his actions. "The Conclusion" finds a solemn young scholar declining to marry the girl arranged to be his intended and instead marrying a high-spirited young woman who doesn't want to give up her freedoms. Bengali with English subtitles.
