Would-be New York hipster Willie (Lurie) is a Hungarian emigre who is asked to look after his newly arrived teenaged cousin Eva (Balint). They develop a weird affectionate relationship before Eva heads to Cleveland to live with an aunt (Stark). When Willie realizes he misses her, he and buddy Eddie (Edson) drive to visit her and the threesome then decide to head to Florida for some fun in the sun. The thinking person's mindless flick. Inventive, independent comedy made on quite a low budget was acclaimed at Cannes.
