Contains three films of major operations and battles during WWII. The Burma campaign where General Joseph Stilwell, Merrills Marauders, Wingates Chindits, Flying Tigers, RAF and Gurkas combined to recapture Burma and build Burma and Ledo roads is the subject of "The Stilwell Road." In "Fortress of the Sea" American troops battle their way back to the Phillipines in an island hopping campaign led by MacArthur. Bloody battles in a ballpark and an assault on a 16th century fortress are documented in "The Battle of Manila."
