Strangler of the Swamp Movie Review 1946

The ghost of an innocent man wrongly hanged for murder returns to terrorize the village where he was lynched. Decidedly B-grade horror features an out-of-focus ghost and Edwards--on the other side of the camera--as one of his would-be victims.
