Our Fighting Navy Movie Review 1984

Includes several films about wartime naval air operations. The infamous attack on Pearl Harbor, the first carrier attack in history, is documented in "December 7." The "Battle of Midway" documents the loss of 28 ships and 300 aircraft. "Black Cats" demonstrates the courage of fighting men taking on more-sophisticated and faster aircraft in the slow, ungainly Catalina PBY Night Bomber during the early war years. Attacks from the carrier Valley Forge against North Korean targets is documented in this film.
