The Dresser Movie Review 1983

Film adaptation of Harwood's play (he also wrote the screen version) about an aging English actor/manager (Finney), his dresser (Courtenay), and their theatre company touring England during WWII. Marvelous showbiz tale is lovingly told, superbly acted.
