A martial-arts expert learns that the school where he trained is now run by an unappealing master. Conflict ensues. Bruce Li is not Bruce Lee (who, to make things more confusing, is shown in flashbacks since he started in the first film), but he is fairly good in action portions of this otherwise dull, sloppy venture.
