Sweet 16 Movie Review 1981

Serial killings in Texas town begin to set off muffled alarms in big head of sheriff Hopkins. Sixteen-year-old Melissa has recently moved into town. She's beautiful, mysterious, and promiscuous, and she has a big problem--all her boyfriends end up dead. No real puzzle.
