California's Heritage Movie Review 1979

The origins of the California we know today are introduced: prehistory, the coming of the Indians, explorers, Spanish settlers, and the Gold Rush era. Focus then shifts to four factors which have affected California's growth since the 1850s: water, transportation and communication, industry, and people.
