An employee with distracting habits or behaviors disrupts other employees' work and concentration. As a result, time is wasted, productivity slips, and morale goes down the drain. The job of correcting these annoying activities is tackled in a humorous way with Hans Conreid as a crusty old retiree who confronts offenders.
