Congo, a happy little elephant, never forgets anything, especially the many elephant rules. When Congo's brother squirts mud in his eye, breaking an elephant rule, Congo refuses to forgive him. A talk with his grandmother soon makes him understand, however, that unimportant things can be forgotten.
