Pre-War German Featurettes Movie Review 1937

Offers four short documentary films from the mid-1930s, produced by German filmmakers. All reflect the prevailing Nazi ideology: "Yesterday and Today" contrasts the prosperity under the Nazis with conditions in the Weimar Republic; "Three Years of Adolf Hitler" contains speeches and rallies featuring the dictator; "Honor of Work" presents the German philosophy toward workers; and "Becoming an Army" describes preparations for the invasion of the Rhineland. In German with English subtitles.
