Textile Off-Campus Televised Education Movie Review 198?

The textile off-campus televised education (TOTE) program was designed by the NCSU School of Textiles to provide the textile professional with textile courses, both graduate and undergraduate, on site. Courses available vary each semester and are taped during each class lecture at NCSU. Topics cover all aspects of the textile industry, from introductory fiber science to polymer chemistry, dyeing, finishing, and quality control.
