Darkfield Microscopy Movie Review 1978

The first program describes the theory of darkfield illumination, presents the theory and use of special darkfield condensers, and shows how modern compound microscopes are adapted for darkfield observation of specimens. In the second program, methods for preparing genital lesions and transferring serous fluid to microscopic slides are described. Programs are available separately.
