"Triad: the Mafia of the East" is a booklet published by the Head of the State Department, Justice E. J. Younger. The report was said to depict all Chinese as smugglers or drug suppliers. This would then prejudice law enforcement officers against Chinese aliens. A lawsuit was filed to prohibit further publication of similar reports.
