Diagnosis of a musculoskeletal problem begins with a screening examination of the entire body to begin to narrow the attention of the examiner to any major dysfunction centering within a particular region. Procedures appropriate to this initial level of examination are demonstrated throughout all regions of the body in standing, seated, and supine positions. From the "Manipulative Procedures" series.
