Part I introduces the five basic instruments used in tissue stapling and demonstrates basic principles of healing with staple suturing. A routine side-to-side intestinal anatomsis is performed on a dog. Part II demonstrates intestinal closures and gastrotomies, as well as lung biopsy techniques. Part I (29 minutes) is also available individually.
