Looks at the natural enthusiasm most people start life with, an excitement for new things and change, a joy for life, and the ability to pick ourselves up after we fall. Along the way, however, problems and frustrations dampen out enthusiasm and our positive outlook. Asks the viewer if there are some characteristics of their youth that they would like to recapture. (Excellent for self-image discussions or motivational programs.)
