Jim Rockford is an ex-con turned L.A. private eye. He lives in a trailer on a beach off the Pacific Coast Highway, drives a Pontiac Firebird, avoids violence (and doesn't carry a gun), and only works on closed criminal cases. His dad Rocky lends a hand as does lawyer girlfriend Beth, police detective Dennis Becker, and Rockford's troublesome ex-cellmate Angel. 23 episodes.
