Neelix is reunited with other Talaxians and remains with them as a Starfleet ambassador to the Delta Quadrant. B'Elanna and Tom have a daughter; Q comes aboard with his son hoping Janeway can teach him some discipline. In the series finale, Admiral Janeway reflects on the crew's suffering during the 23 years it took them to return home and decides to change the past with the help of a wormhole and the Borg Queen (Alice Krige). 26 episodes.
