Remarkably dull psycho-sexual tease finds Catherine (Ardant) distressed to learn that Bernard (Depardieu), her husband of 25 years, has been cheating. So Catherine hires a beautician/prostitute named Marlene (Beart) to become Bernard's sex partner and report back to her. In great detail. Oh, and Marlene should call herself Nathalie.
