Of course it's the action that carries these pics and 19 years after the 1985 original, star Chan still made it work. Inspector Wing hits the bottle after his team is killed in a shootout with evil Joe (Wu) and his gang. But rookie Frank (Tse) dries Wing out so he can return to the force and finally settle the score. Chinese with subtitles.
