Split Second Movie Review 1999

Corporate lawyer Michael Anderson (Owen) is fed up with both his work and home lives. A road rage incident leaves a cyclist dead and Michael fleeing the scene. He tries to repress the incident but it only leads to further angst and anger. Owen is a champion brooder but this is a routine diversion.
