Human Trafficking Movie Review 2005

Kate Morozov (Sorvino) and Bill Meehan (Sutherland) are agents for Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. They're trying to bring down Russian gangster Sergei (Carlyle) who poses as the owner of a modeling agency while actually running a sex-slave ring, bringing in desperate young women from Eastern Europe to work for him. Tawdry and moralizing but still compelling. Montreal substitutes for Washington, D.C.
