Animated kiddie adventure. Doogal the dog frees evil sorcerer Zeebad (Stewart) by mistake, and now the canine and his gang--a sassy cow (Goldberg), geeky snail (Macy), hippy bunny (Fallon), kind-hearted magician (McKellen), and a little girl (Minogue)--must keep the imp from making the world a big ball of ice. Compared with the inventive and beloved British TV show from the 1960s, the disappointment of this outing overpowers all the big-name celebrity voices involved.
