Miami Vice Movie Review 2006

Mann created the influential TV series in the 1980s, so if he wants to do an updated big-screen version, he's entitled, although the director has forsaken the TV's trademark pastels for something dark and gritty. Ricardo Tubbs (Foxx) and partner Sonny Crockett (Farrell) are working undercover in a case that links a triple-homicide to a drug smuggling operation. But the deeper they go, the more the lines begin to blur and the players may just get played. Not yet reviewed.
