Hackneyed horror. The title refers to a videogame that was being tested by players who subsequently died. The game is then passed on to Hutch (Foster). When he and his fellow gamers play, more teens die and Hutch finally realizes that when a player dies in the game, they die exactly the same way in real life. Their nemesis (for no good reason) turns out to be sadistic, blood-bathing 16th-century Hungarian countess Elizabeth Bathory, who is now occupying a Louisiana plantation. Apparently the deaths keep her young and beautiful. Makes about as much sense as it sounds like it would.
