The title is borrowed by filmmaker Jarecki from the WWII propaganda films made by Frank Capra, but this documentary follows the 50-year history of the postwar U.S. military-industrial complex. Careful analysis and historical perspective is given to the presidency of George W. Bush and the war on Iraq. Material includes various newsreel and other educational and military footage.
