Miss Cast Away Movie Review 2004

Absurd antics abound in this wide-ranging parody of big-budget flicks such as "The Perfect Storm" and "The Lord of the Rings." An airplane filled with beauty-pageant contestants crash-lands on a deserted island on its way to Japan and its two pilots (Roberts and Schlatter) must protect the ladies by fending off all manner of strange inhabitants including ape people. Features cameo by the former King of Pop himself, Michael Jackson, as Special Agent M. Surely you can't be serious if you think this ranks anywhere near the Zucker/Abrahams/Zucker ouvre.
