Target of Opportunity Movie Review 2004

Rousing action tale hits the mark. Jim Jacobs (Cochran) is a former CIA guy who heads to Eastern Europe to rescue childhood buddy Nick Carlton (Jensen), an agent jailed for being on the wrong side of some spy games. But in the process Jim finds himself on his old employer's most wanted list.
