Louisiana Hayride Movie Review 1944

A couple of con men dupe a country girl into forking over all her money with the promise of Hollywood stardom in her future. But the crooks disappear with the cash, and the would-be starlet and her family (still clueless that they've been taken) track them down in Hollywood, where the villains enlist others to keep the farce going.
