Fun With Dick and Jane Movie Review 2005

Recycled version of the 1977 film with Jane Fonda and George Segal. Dick (Carrey) has a great life with gorgeous wife Jane (Leoni), a super house and an important executive position. Then Dick's company goes bust in a big way, and his efforts to find a comparable job (or any job) go bust as well. So what do they do? Why, of course, they turn to a life of crime. None-too-subtle political message (an Enron-esque company blowup) is rendered ineffective by too much gas and not enough go. If Jim Carrey's trademark slapstick doesn't drive you nuts, you'll get a few laughs out of it.
