A film about the making of a film, built around Aaron Roman (Gores) who, although born with cerebral palsy, dreams of starring in action movies like his favorite, "True Lies." Since his father (Mantegne) is a wealthy and powerful Los Angeles business mogul, Aaron gets his chance. Bill Williams (Arnold), whose acting career is floundering, is hired to write and co-star with Aaron. Actor Gores, who actually has cerebral palsy, is great as Aaron. Uplifting and fun, if you have a high schmaltz tolerance.
