Bram Stoker's Way of the Vampire Movie Review 2005

Has absolutely nothing to do with Stoker's writings. Van Helsing (Giles) goes after Dracula (Logan), leaving his wife in the care of colleague Sebastian (Beckett). Only Sebastian is actually a blood-drinker, so no more missus. Van Helsing makes a deal with God to gain immortality until the last of Dracula's kin are dead. Which leads to a showdown in present-day LA between Van Helsing and Sebastian.
