Computer programmer Simon J (Sisto) keeps finding mysterious empty packages left in his rundown apartment. Are the boxes really empty? (Maybe they contain an airborne contaminant.) Is one of his freaky neighbors leaving them? Is Simon J just nuts? Well, he's paranoid and having hallucinations, so he's got a reason. Note the tagline: "Are you infected?"
