Dated but still powerful story detailing the threat of a nuclear explosion. Unbalanced atomic scientist John Willingdon (Jones) threatens to blow up the center of London unless the Prime Minister (Adam) agrees to stop research into nuclear weapons. And Willingdon can do it, too, since he's stolen an atomic bomb. Scotland Yard has until noon of the following Sunday to find him.
