Mr. Muggs Rides Again Movie Review 1945

The East Side Kids (think Dead End Kids, the Bowery Boys and the rest of their ilk) are featured in a horseracing adventure. Honest jockey Muggs (Gorcey) is framed by gamblers and barred from the track but must still find a way to save the horse farm of Ma Brown (Urecal) from foreclosure.
