English refugee Freddie Hewlett (Bartholomew) saves brash Jimmie Fletcher (Halop) from juvenile delinquent Bushy Thomas (Hall) and the two wind up at the same military academy. Jimmie wants to become a pilot but doesn't have the grades and gets kicked out. Bushy reappears, in the company of a Nazi saboteur, and Freddie and Jimmie save the day.
